Click on the "Empty" and scroll down to “Subscribe”. Enter your email address and click “Sign Up”. You will get an email with instructions to confirm your subscription. 

If you need to report a maintenance issue, click “Contact” on the home button, scroll down, and fill out a 'Report Form' and click submit.

If you need to bring something to the board's attention, click “Contact” on the home button, scroll down, and fill out a 'Report Form' and click submit.

If you would like to request information, click “Contact” on the home button, scroll down, and fill out a 'Request of Information Form' and click submit.

To reserve the Pool or Clubhouse, click on “Amenity Reservations” and make your choice. You will be directed to your email, where you can email Frank, the property manager. The Property Manager will reply shortly and let you know if the Pool or Clubhouse is available when you want it.

The Property Manager will issue you a code.  He can be contacted through the Contact tab. 

Click on the name of the board member you wish to contact on the home page.  You will be directed to your email, where you can email your Board Member, who will reply shortly.

All Paradise Cove Property Owners’ Association documents are stored online. Click on “CCR/BYLAWS/RESOLUTIONS”  at the top and or bottom of each page to view and/or download.

Bulk trash can be placed to the west of the Hwy 510 gate between the 10th-15th of every month.

 Irrigation of landscaped areas with hose-end sprinklers or automatic irrigation systems shall be limited to Mondays and Thursdays for customers in Laguna Heights and Laguna Vista. Irrigation of landscaped areas is further limited to the hours of 7:00p.m. and 12:00 midnight on designated watering days and between the hours of midnight and 7:00a.m. the following day.

Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays.

There is no curbside recycling in Laguna Vista. However, recycling is available starting at 8am every Saturday at Roloff Park in Laguna Vista.
