Sea Grape street repairs will begin on Monday, April 21, 2025.
The road will be cleaned and swept. Owners will still be able to drive on the road, but they will need to keep it clear of parked vehicles.
Large cracks will be repaired, and the road will be prepared for sealing.

Asphalt sealcoating of the road will take place. However, owners WILL NOT be able to drive on the road until the material is completely dry, which should take an estimated six hours.
Once the material is dry, owners will be able to drive on the road with caution, and there is a possibility of material transfer to driveways. It is recommended that vehicles be parked at an alternate parking area or street until Thursday to ensure the material is completely dry.
Trash bins should be placed out on Oleander Drive for garbage pickup on Tuesday and Friday.
Please be advised that a material transfer may occur to vehicles and/or property if the necessary precautions are not taken.
